Reservation and payment:

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by AAA Diving.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments through a variety of secure payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation and refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled dive will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled dive.
• Cancellation or postponement requests must be made directly to AAA Diving by phone at +33638045555 Whatsapp or by email at aaadiving@protonmail.com .

Safety and responsibility:

• Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by AAA Diving staff and instructors and our partners.
• Participants must complete all necessary medical or liability forms before participating in any scuba diving activity.
• AAA Diving reserves the right to refuse service to any participant deemed unfit or unable to safely participate in PADI Discover, Discover VIP & Prestige or other PADI diving training activities in Phuket.

Changes to Services:

• AAA Diving reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service or aspect of our website at any time without notice.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Phuket. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of Phuket.
